Experience Futures Thinking

We were challenged to explore the future of the organization in the context of post-2025 administrative reductions.

We designed and facilitated two strategic foresight workshops to help stakeholders engage with alternative futures thinking. Participants learned key principles of futures methodologies, crafted their own forecasts, and critically examined how these potential futures—framed through the lenses of growth, constraint, collapse, and transformation—could impact both the organization and the member experience.

These workshops not only inspired fresh perspectives but also laid the groundwork for a more resilient, adaptive organization.
