CAHPS

We designed an all-day workshop that brought together cross-functional teams to identify risks to CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers) and generate new ideas to improve the member experience.

I led the creative direction, developing all the visuals and interactive tools that guided the sessions. These visuals encouraged teams to step outside their silos, challenge assumptions, and collaborate across roles.

I also helped facilitate the workshop, using storytelling and design to spark conversation and keep stakeholders highly engaged.
